As it seeks to build and develop its staff’s skills, the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) held the second project management training under the Project Management Program (PMP). The training was delivered by Engineer Salahaddine Kazi from Qatar Milestone Training Solutions (QMTS).

Sixteen employees from different departments at GOIC attended this five-day training for a total of 40 training hours.

The training themes went as follows: project management basics, concepts and basic tools, project life cycle and corresponding  plans and guiding principles, project management and execution, project budgeting and cost estimates, spending monitoring, quality control planning and execution, risk management, project team building and key project managers’ skills.
