GOIC organises B2B meetings with Italian companies at COVERTECH

The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) will be QATAR COVERTECH’s main sponsor. The exhibition will take place at Doha Exhibition Centre from the 4th to the 6th of February, 2015. It is the only international exhibition specialised in floor and wall covering materials in GCC countries. It is the result of the increasing need in the GCC market which is witnessing several projects worth more than one trillion USD over the five years to come.
GOIC had signed agreements with a number of Italian companies participating in the exhibition in order to provide potential business opportunities through B2B matchmaking meetings. These meetings aim at strengthening multilateral business between GCC and Italian companies. QATAR COVERTECH 2015 event will witness the presence of large companies on one platform to interact for business deals.
In this regard, GOIC Secretary General Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Hamad Al-Ageel reiterated the Organization’s support and sponsoring of specialised international exhibitions and events.
They are key to marketing and developing businesses, notably in the area of SMEs and building their capacities to achieve global competitiveness. He said: “By sponsoring QATAR COVERTECH 2015, GOIC hopes to contribute in promoting GCC industrial sectors. This exhibition will help Gulf companies, SMEs in particular, to build partnerships and sign cooperation agreements with several Arab and international institutions. The ultimate objective is to develop their products and achieve global competitiveness to contribute in attaining development for the people of the Gulf.”
Through this event, GOIC seeks to facilitate B2B matchmaking meetings between suppliers, technology providers, buyers, and investors to further assist in bringing forward fruitful discussions to have long term bilateral relationship. Possible areas for matchmaking are investment opportunities, relocations for international suppliers, new technologies, partnerships and joint ventures and supply chain to enhance the trade balance.
Invited participants will benefit from pre-scheduled meetings with potential parties in private meeting environment. This guarantees meeting targeted people to accomplish the partnership together.
GOIC Secretary General Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Hamad Al-Ageel had signed the sponsorship agreement with Dr. Maiser Siddiq, President and CEO of Ibhar International Exhibitions Group at GOIC’s headquarters in Doha, Qatar.
