Holding the meeting comes as a continuation of the efforts made by the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting to support the achievement of the objectives of the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in its modernization of laws and regulations that serve the joint Gulf work and based on the assignment issued by Their Excellencies the industry agents in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries The meeting was held recently at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in Riyadh, to form a working group to complete the study and discuss some of the observations received from the countries of the Council and to work on finalizing the provisions of the unified industrial organization law for the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf and its executive regulations.

Specialists from the General Secretariat and representatives of the GCC countries, in addition to experts and stakeholders of the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting, participated in the meeting. On its final day, the meeting came out with an agreement on all the items discussed and on submitting the final draft of the law and its agreed executive regulations to the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
