The delegation of the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC), which organized the activities of Expo 2020 Dubai, visited a number of government institutions and centers in the (Emirate of Dubai) in the United Arab Emirates.
The visit included meetings of the organization’s delegation with the specialists of these institutions and centers and to learn about the services they provide and to review the experiences of these institutions, their activities and achievements in various fields related to their services and their quest to develop their experiences in various aspects related to their institutional goals. Imagine, design and implement the future of Dubai based on building an interconnected and innovative ecosystem that includes accelerator programs, incubators, laboratories, regulatory sandboxes and knowledge platforms, with the aim of challenging the design of a future-ready city managed by future leaders and pioneers of innovation. The Dubai Future Foundation reflects the image of the city in which it was founded since its humble beginnings. Driven by ambitious goals while maintaining the banner of creativity in the footsteps of the forefathers and transforming challenges into opportunities to build a better future.
The delegation also visited the "Emirates Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution", which is the first center affiliated with the World Economic Forum in the region, as it was established according to a cooperation agreement between it and the forum. The Center also establishes governance frameworks and works on refining and testing them in cooperation with the concerned authorities, focusing on three emerging technical axes: digital transaction technology, artificial intelligence technology, machine learning and precision medicine technology.
In addition, the delegation visited the "Government Accelerators Center", which is a platform for joint work between government agencies aimed at searching for solutions to challenges and achieving ambitious goals within short periods of time. Government accelerators focus on accelerating the implementation of strategic programs, setting policies and regulations, and improving service delivery. The delegation also visited other centers, including the "One Service Center" and the "Dubai Youth Center".
GOIC's participation in Expo 2020 Dubai
The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) is participating in Expo 2020 Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, within the pavilion of the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, which is located in the (Opportunities Zone) with a set of main events accompanying the meeting, the most prominent of which is the review of "industrial investment opportunities" in The countries of the Cooperation Council, estimated at about 2.7 billion US dollars, are investment opportunities to establish promising industrial projects in the six countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, namely the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar and the State of Kuwait.
In addition to providing technical services that enable investors and businessmen to obtain high-quality data and statistics, information and knowledge, and research according to economic and industrial indicators that are reliable and approved by the competent authorities in the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
It is worth noting that the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) concludes its participation in the Expo 2020 Dubai today, where it presents a series of events, including an event entitled (Promising Gulf Industries), which includes a review of the promising productive sectors in the GCC countries, in addition to an event on (investment opportunities). The activities will also include a review of a number of projects available within the feasibility studies, which come under the title (industrial investment opportunities in the GCC countries).
